About Touchline

Touchline is Lagos's premier annual grassroots 7-a-side football tournament. Four editions in, it brings together teams, supporters, sponsors and charity partners for a day of football in December. Touchline V takes place on 23 December 2026 at Children International School, Lagos.

The Role

You will support the planning, logistics and vendor coordination for the whole tournament, working alongside the rest of the Touchline team from the build-up through to event day.

What You Will Do

• Support planning and logistics for the whole tournament.
• Source, brief and coordinate vendors, including security, medical, staging, sound, seating and power.
• Keep the vendor schedule, site plan and run sheet up to date.
• Oversee event setup and make sure everything is in place on the day.
• Support the wider team on the day so the event runs smoothly.
• Help make sure sponsors receive what they were promised on the ground.

What You Bring

• A completed university degree.
• 18+ and based in Lagos.
• Experience planning or running large events.
• Organised, confident and calm under pressure.
• Clear, reliable communication with vendors and the team.
• Full availability during event week, including 23 December.

Nice to have

• Experience with sports or outdoor events.
• A passion for football.

The Practical Details

• Engagement: full-time contract, October to December 2026.
• Location: hybrid, largely Lagos-based, with on-site work during event week.
