Damilola Atere founded 53 Group in May 2020 with a clear intention: build something real, from Lagos, for Lagos.

His interests cover a lot of ground - food, football, nightlife, and community outreach - and 53 Group is the structure he built to pursue all of them at once. He is the Head Chef at DaChef Kitchens, the Chief Curator of Club 53, and the Principal behind Touchline and the Five-Three Foundation.

Outside of 53 Group, Damilola is an investment professional.
